Privacy Policy
1. Who this covers
DKP Growth Partners LLC (“DKP,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a Missouri limited liability company providing marketing consulting services to businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with dkpgrowthpartners.com and the services we provide.
2. Two different roles — this matters for your request
We handle personal information in two distinct capacities, and which one applies determines who can act on a request about it.
As a business, for our own purposes. Information about people who visit this site, contact us, book a call, or work at a company we are prospecting. We decide how that information is used, and requests about it come to us directly.
On behalf of a client. When a business engages us, it gives us access to its own customer and prospect records so we can run capture, follow-up, and reactivation systems for it. We process that information under our client’s instructions and under our agreement with them. The client, not DKP, controls that information. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want your information accessed, corrected, or deleted, contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to them and assist them in responding.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, the contents of your messages, and anything else you include when you contact us, request an audit or mystery shop, or book a call.
Information created when you use the site. Server log data including IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider and will not build advertising profiles from it.
Information from our clients. Customer and prospect records, quote and estimate history, call records, appointment data, and communication history, provided to us by a client so we can perform services for that client.
Information from public and commercial sources. We build prospect lists of businesses from publicly available sources — Secretary of State filings, business directories, business listings, manufacturer and trade association directories, and similar. This is business contact information about companies and the people who represent them in a business capacity.
Information from service providers. Our customer relationship, calling, messaging, hosting, and payment providers pass us operational data such as delivery status, call outcomes, and payment confirmations.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation, and we ask that you do not send them to us.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and to schedule and conduct calls and audits
- To prepare audits and reports, including from data a client provides
- To provide, operate, monitor, and improve our services
- To contact businesses about our services, subject to Section 6
- To send service and administrative messages
- To invoice, collect payment, and maintain financial records
- To secure the site and our systems and to investigate misuse
- To comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, including the telemarketing recordkeeping described in Section 8
We do not use personal information to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without human involvement.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers, social pixels, or cross-site profiling on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first. Your browser can block or delete cookies; the site will still work.
6. Calls, texts, and email
Where you give us a phone number and agree to be contacted, we — or a business we provide services for — may contact you by call or text about the services you enquired about.
Full detail, including message frequency, opt-out, and carrier terms, is in our Messaging Policy. In short: message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service messages related to something you asked for.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
No mobile information or text-messaging consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only as follows:
Service providers, limited to what they need to perform work for us — hosting and content delivery, customer relationship and marketing automation, telephony and messaging, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, accounting, and payment processing. They are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Our clients, where the information relates to services we perform for them.
Legal and safety, where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of DKP, our clients, or the public.
Business transfer, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Any successor would be bound by this policy or would give notice before changing it.
Affiliates, meaning entities under common ownership with DKP, for internal administrative purposes only — never for their independent marketing.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, then delete or de-identify it. In practice:
| Category | Retention |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and correspondence | Up to 3 years after last contact |
| Client engagement records | Term of the engagement plus 7 years |
| Financial and tax records | 7 years |
| Server logs | Up to 12 months |
| Calling and messaging scripts, including AI system prompts | At least 24 months, as required by § 407.1079 RSMo |
| Data processed for a client | Per our agreement with that client; returned or deleted at their instruction |
9. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, provider-level encryption at rest, and limits on who inside DKP can reach client data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by law.
10. Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations
- Stop sending you marketing email, calls, or texts
- Receive a copy of information you provided to us, in a portable format
Depending on your state of residence you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a right. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To make a request, contact us using Section 13. We will verify your identity before acting, respond within the time the applicable law allows, and will not charge you unless a request is excessive or repetitive. You may designate an authorised agent where the law permits. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
If your information came to us from one of our clients, see Section 2 — that business controls it, and we will pass your request to them.
11. Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly market to children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other sites and services
This site may link to third-party sites, including scheduling and payment tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
13. Contact us
Questions, requests, or complaints:
We aim to respond within 10 business days, and in all cases within the period required by applicable law.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and post the revised version here. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
