Where the money goes

Quotes that stalled

Someone gets three bids, waits on a decision, or just goes quiet. Nobody follows up. Two years later that’s a list of people who already wanted the work and were willing to pay for it.

Calls nobody answered

After six, during a busy stretch, while your team is out on a job. Each one is someone who called the next company on the list and got an answer.

Leads that cooled off

The first company to call back usually wins the job. Most take hours. By then the decision has generally been made.

What we build

Three systems, installed in front of the software you already run. We don’t replace the tools your business is built on.

Capture

Missed calls answered by text in under a minute. After-hours coverage that books instead of taking a message. Web forms and chat routed to a person, not an inbox. Every call tracked so you know which source actually produced work.

Convert

Appointments booked straight onto the calendar, with reminders and automatic rebooking when someone doesn’t show. Follow-up on quotes that stalled. Payment options offered at the moment they change the answer.

Reactivate

The work you already quoted and lost, worked through systematically instead of forgotten. Campaigns timed to the moments that create demand in your business, so you reach people the week they’re deciding rather than months later.

Getting started

Six steps from a first conversation to live systems. You see it working on your own customers before you commit to anything long-term.

  1. First conversation

Fifteen minutes. Your numbers, what you’ve already tried, and whether this is a fit. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you on the call.

  2. The audit

We call your office after hours and pull your quote history. You get a report on what’s recoverable, built from your data. Yours to keep either way.

  3. A pilot run

Two to three weeks working your existing list, with appointments landing on your calendar. Short written agreement so we can access your data properly.

  4. The agreement

Scope, territory, term, and what happens at the end. Your number, your contacts, and your history leave with you if you do.

  5. Onboarding

We record thirty days of your current numbers before anything switches on, so every report afterward measures against something real.

  6. Build and run

Capture first, then booking and reactivation, then new demand. Each piece proven before the next one starts.

How we work together

Nothing gets switched on all at once. Each piece has to be running before the next one starts.

Weeks 1 and 2

Capture goes live

Phone registration, missed-call response, tracking, and after-hours coverage. Before anything launches we record thirty days of your current numbers, so every report afterward compares against something real.

Weeks 3 and 4

Booking and reactivation

Appointments start landing on the calendar with reminders attached, and the first pass through your unsold quotes goes out. This is usually the month the first recovered job shows up.

Weeks 5 to 8

New demand

Paid campaigns and review generation, once there’s a booking flow worth sending traffic into. Sending ads at a leaking bucket is the most common way this goes wrong, so we don’t.

Every month

One page and five minutes

Calls recovered, appointments booked, response times, and what we shipped — measured against your baseline and against the same month last year, because your slow season is not your busy one. Plus one specific thing to fix.

Every quarter

We re-run the audit

Same calculation that started this, so you can see the unsold pile shrinking and the answer rate climbing. Then we plan the next quarter around the season you’re heading into.

Always

You own everything

Your phone number, your contact records, your conversation history. If you leave, it leaves with you. We put that in the agreement rather than asking you to trust it.

Three modeled scenarios showing how recovered quotes, answered calls, and faster response turn into jobs.

Look at the numbers

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Fits: Between one and six million in revenue
  • Fits: A team beyond just you, with the owner still close to sales
  • Fits: Quote and invoice history you can export from your system
  • Fits: Room to take on more work starting next month

Not a fit

  • Does not fit: Booked solid and unable to add capacity — more leads make that worse
  • Does not fit: Quotes written on paper with nothing to pull from
  • Does not fit: Looking for someone to run social media
  • Does not fit: Wanting more leads without changing how they get followed up

How we work

Engagements start at $2,500 a month

Most sit between $2,500 and $5,000, depending on how much of the work is capture versus new demand. Advertising budget is paid to the platforms directly, never through us.

Territory exclusivity on full engagements

Where we’re running campaigns for you, we won’t run them for a competitor in your market. It’s a real conflict, not a sales line — two clients in one territory means bidding against ourselves with your money. We’ll tell you on the first call whether your counties are still open.

Six-month initial term

Long enough to see whether it worked, short enough that you’re not stuck. Your account, your number, and your data come with you when it ends.

Why this exists

Most service businesses don’t have a demand problem. They have a follow-through problem — and it’s expensive in a way that never shows up on a report.

Every company we look at is sitting on work it already earned. Quotes written for people who wanted the job and never got a second call. Customers who rang after hours and heard nothing. Inquiries answered a day late, to someone who had already hired the company that answered first.

None of that is a marketing problem, which is why marketing rarely fixes it. It’s an operations problem wearing a marketing costume, and the fix is a system rather than a campaign.

What fixes it is one connected environment instead of five disconnected ones. Most businesses end up with a website from one person, ads from another, a CRM nobody updates, and follow-up that lives in somebody’s head — each piece fine on its own, none of them talking to each other. Leads don’t get lost inside any single tool. They get lost in the gaps between them.

We build the whole thing as one system. The ad brings someone in, the missed call gets answered inside a minute, the appointment books itself onto the right calendar, the reminder goes out, the follow-up happens whether or not anyone remembered — and every step reports back to the same place. Marketing, lead capture, scheduling, and follow-through working as a single environment, because that’s the only version that actually holds together once you’re busy.

Measure before we promise

Every projection we hand you is built from your own export, shown as a range, with the assumptions on the page. If the number is smaller than you hoped, you’ll hear that from us first.

Nothing we hold is ours

Your phone number, your contact records, your conversation history. It’s yours while we work together and it’s yours when we don’t. That’s written into the agreement, not offered as reassurance.

Compliance isn’t optional

Text and voice campaigns carry real legal exposure for the business sending them. Most people selling this never bring it up. We handle registration, consent, and record-keeping properly, because the liability lands on you.
