Messaging Policy
1. What this covers
This policy explains how DKP Growth Partners LLC (“DKP,” “we,” “us”) uses calls and text messages, how you give and withdraw consent, and what to expect.
It applies in two situations, and the difference matters:
Messages from DKP. Sent under DKP’s own brand and registered phone numbers, to people who have asked about our services or agreed to hear from us.
Messages we operate for a client. When a business engages us, we build and run the messaging that business sends to its customers. Those messages are sent under the client’s own brand, on the client’s own registered numbers, with consent the client obtained. DKP does not send marketing messages to a client’s customers under DKP’s brand, and we do not move phone numbers or consent between clients. If you received a message from a business we work with, that business is the sender and its own policies apply — though the practices below describe how we build those programs.
2. Message types
From DKP:
- Conversational replies — if you call us and we miss it, or you text us first, you may get a text back.
- Appointment messages — confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling for calls or audits you booked.
- Account and service messages — reports, documents, and information about work in progress for a client.
- Occasional business updates, only to people who asked for them.
Programs we operate for clients typically include missed-call responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up on quotes and estimates the customer requested, and re-engagement of past customers of that business.
We do not send messages to purchased lists, and we do not build programs that do.
3. How consent is obtained
We send messages only to people who have given prior express consent, obtained in one of these ways:
- Submitting a form on this site or a client’s site where a clear, unchecked consent statement appears next to the submit control
- Booking a call or requesting an audit and providing a mobile number
- Texting us first, or replying to a message
- Calling a number that plays a disclosure, or verbally agreeing on a recorded call
- Giving a phone number to one of our clients in the course of requesting a quote, service, or appointment from that business
The consent statement identifies who is sending, what kinds of messages will be sent, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. We keep a record of when, where, and how consent was given.
Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing anything. You can do business with us, or with our clients, without agreeing to receive texts.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorised user of the phone number to consent.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on the program and on how you interact with it. Conversational and appointment messages are sent in response to something you did. Recurring programs are described at the point of opt-in.
5. Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges for text and data apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for messages.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then stop.
You can also opt out by emailing stop@dkpgrowthpartners.com or by telling us during any call or conversation. You do not have to use a specific word or format — any reasonable expression that you want the messages to stop is enough, and we honour it.
Opting out of one program does not necessarily stop messages from a different program or a different business. If you received messages from one of our clients and want those to stop, reply STOP to that message; it stops that sender.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about something you actively asked for, such as a confirmation for an appointment you booked.
To start again, text START or contact us.
7. Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for information about the program and how to contact us. You can also email hello@dkpgrowthpartners.com.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered.
Messaging is supported on major carriers, and carrier participation may change without notice.
9. We do not sell or share your mobile information
No mobile information or text-messaging consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the service providers who carry the messages on our behalf — our messaging and telephony platforms — and only so the message can be delivered. Those providers are contractually limited to that purpose.
Consent given to one business is never reused for another. A number collected for a client’s program stays in that client’s program.
10. Quiet hours and frequency limits
We do not send marketing calls or texts to residential numbers outside 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time, and we build client programs to the same rule.
Automated and artificial-voice calls disclose at the start of the call that the voice is generated, and identify the business placing the call.
We do not send repeated messages a reasonable person would find harassing, and we cap follow-up sequences accordingly.
11. Recordkeeping
We retain calling and messaging scripts — including any artificial-intelligence system prompts used to generate or conduct a conversation — for at least 24 months, with version history sufficient to identify which script was in use at any given time, consistent with § 407.1079 RSMo.
We retain consent records for as long as we message a number, and for at least four years after, to evidence consent if it is questioned.
12. Your privacy
How we handle personal information generally, including your rights and how to make a request, is in our Privacy Policy. Use of this site is governed by our Terms of Use.
